Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap of a portfolio of cross initiatives, building the business case and go-to-market from scratch. Manage multiple initiatives in different stages of maturity, prioritizing and acting autonomously across various areas. Oversee the complete lifecycle of each initiative, including backlog management, requirements, user stories, and coordination with development from conceptualization to launch and continuous improvement.

Experience in similar leadership roles, ideally within Technology Product. Proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects at different maturity stages, collaborating with various areas and stakeholders. Strategic vision in working on projects from scratch with a strong results orientation. Experience in planning product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and managing backlogs.
