Core Responsibilities

Identify training needs and design strategic plans to improve the commercial, technical, and product skills of sales teams. Monitor operational effectiveness through goal achievement and provide regular performance reports and continuous coaching.

Requirements

Requires at least 2 years of experience as a sales team trainer, preferably in the education sector, and experience in education call center sales. Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree (passant) and proficiency in Salesforce or Dynamics and Excel.
