Compliance Operations Associate - Bogotá (Hybrid)

Analyze cases within the Risk Pipeline, reviewing KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, corporate structures, Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO), legal representatives, and powers of attorney. Review the evidence available in ClarOps, identifying inconsistencies, missing documentation, and information that requires further validation. Recommend whether cases should be approved, returned to Sales Ops, rejected, or escalated, according to established policies and levels of authority.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Compliance Operations, KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, customer onboarding, due diligence, or a related operational risk function. Strong analytical skills and the ability to distinguish verified facts from assumptions or unsupported information. High attention to detail and the ability to manage a significant case volume while meeting deadlines and SLAs.
