Air Export - Customer Service

Utilize AEX Workboard for reporting and monitoring. Interact with customers to arrange international shipments and coordinate service provider requests. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and manage customer reports.

6 months to 1 year of Expeditors operational experience. Excellent written communication skills and demonstrated customer service skills. IATA/FIATA LATAM Certification and Hazardous Materials Certification.
