Pasante Compliance

Provide operational support to the LATAM Compliance team in routine activities. Collaborate in the collection and organization of information for compliance evaluations and investigations. Assist in the analysis of information and the preparation of Business Intelligence reports as needed. Contribute to the adaptation and communication of internal policies, campaigns, training, and initiatives related to LATAM Compliance.

Advanced student in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for organizing, analyzing, and reporting information. Advanced English skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship, and active listening skills. Discretion and maturity to handle sensitive information.
