Define and prioritize the product roadmap for Despegar Ads. Create new advertising placements from scratch in key flows. Optimize existing placements to maximize CTR, ROAS, and Fill Rate. Improve management tools and identify opportunities through data-driven analysis.

Students in their final years or recent graduates in Engineering, Digital Business, Marketing, Economics, Administration or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in digital product or areas like commercial planning, performance marketing, growth, business development, or strategy. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with AI tools.
