Core Responsibilities

The role involves proactively supporting the Turnitin product line primarily via email, ensuring problem resolution, system access, and optimal system performance. This includes coordinating closely with Engineering and Product Management on product issues and releases, and assisting with technical documentation updates.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer support role, along with fluent spoken and written English skills. Essential qualifications include excellent computer skills, knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems, and strong planning and organizational abilities.
