Core Responsibilities

The role primarily involves owning end-to-end interview coordination and candidate communications, ensuring accurate scheduling and a seamless experience for candidates. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain accuracy in the ATS and scheduling tools, manage background checks, and drive operational improvements.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, ideally based in the United States (Central or Eastern time zone preferred). Essential requirements include experience with Greenhouse and GoodTime software.
