Core Responsibilities

Implement and control logistics processes at the service center, ensuring development, productivity, and deliveries/receipts in the central region. Monitor daily activities of service centers to ensure efficient operation aligned with established procedures. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly operations with the logistics operator, ensuring alignment with Mercado Libre's culture and processes. Track management indicators, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions.

Requirements

Student or professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in logistics, management, routing, traffic, or logistics planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing databases, SQL, and pivot tables. Motivation to automate projects and knowledge of AI tools is desirable. Availability to work on-site from Monday to Saturday from 7 AM to 4 PM.
