Asistente de Logística Inversa (Reverse Logistics UTR)

Provide remote support and resolve issues in the Central Attention, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and problems in the returns process. Monitor real-time transfers between operations, tracking movements to identify delays and escalate critical cases. Ensure comprehensive package traceability by accurately recording last-mile and intermediate segment information to generate reliable data for continuous improvement.

Higher education required. Knowledge or prior experience in reverse logistics, return processes, or transport/shipping traceability. Proficiency in digital support tools and basic/intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets. Excellent written communication skills and results-oriented mindset.
