NeonCore Responsibilities
Define and evolve the technical vision and engineering strategy across multiple domains. Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior technical leaders, fostering a high-performance learning environment. Ensure predictable and high-quality delivery of complex products by managing technical roadmaps and execution risks. Promote operational excellence through solid SRE practices, observability, and automation throughout the software lifecycle.
Requirements
Extensive experience leading engineering organizations in hypergrowth environments or large financial institutions. Proven track record in managing managers and developing technical leadership across multiple teams. Deep technical knowledge in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Experience building critical financial systems with high concurrency, data consistency, and compliance requirements.
