Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. Experience with operational HR routines such as benefits, payroll, electronic point systems, leave management, terminations, and document administration. Analytical skills to track indicators, identify issues, and support decision-making.
