AI Adoption & Organizational Effectiveness Partner

Partner with AI COE to develop and implement AI communication, engagement, and change management strategies. Drive execution of AI adoption priorities by coordinating stakeholders and facilitating alignment. Analyze AI adoption and Hub engagement data, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Serve as a consultant on organization design initiatives and facilitate organization design discussions.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of HR experience in areas such as internal communications, employee engagement, and organizational change. Strong experience partnering with HR leaders and business leaders on organizational initiatives.
