Build and operate automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Create and maintain Data Extensions, segments, and automations using SQL for data preparation. Execute and evolve multichannel campaigns, including email and WhatsApp, while performing technical QA and monitoring of journeys.
What We're Looking For
Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Knowledge of SQL for CRM applications and experience in building automated journeys. Ability to work autonomously and communicate business needs effectively.
