Product Advertising Specialist

Provide technical support for the use of Mercado Livre's advertising platforms, managing timelines and expectations for ticket resolution. Act as a facilitator in solving client issues and mediate communication between external users and the internal IT team. Identify technical and usability improvements for products and automate ticket investigations using AI.
What We're Looking For
Experience in support, product operations, or technical customer success, with a focus on incident resolution and ticket management. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, integrations, APIs, and tools in a LATAM context is desirable. Intermediate proficiency in Spanish and English for communication with LATAM teams.
