Agile Specialist I (Produtos Digitais Financeiros)

Act effectively between strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Execute diagnostics on organizational maturity and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to guide team evolution and promote an agile culture focused on results.

Solid experience in agile methodologies and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Proven knowledge and experience with maturity models like Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) or Flight Levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various profiles and hierarchical levels.
