Core Responsibilities

The Customer Training Specialist will act as the expert voice guiding clients through platform learning, designing and executing clear, effective training sessions to foster autonomous and strategic use of GeoVictoria's platforms. Key duties include training new clients on platform features, resolving initial user queries, and delivering dynamic online and in-person training sessions tailored to client needs.

Requirements

Candidates must reside in Santiago, Chile, and hold a degree in pedagogy or a related field, along with experience in training or teaching. Essential requirements include a motivation for teaching and learning, intermediate Excel proficiency, strong communication skills, and a proactive personality, with availability for a hybrid work setup in Providencia.
