Core Responsibilities

The analyst will support global training and development initiatives aligned with the company way, partnering with leaders to identify future skill needs and continuously improving development programs using data and feedback. They will also contribute to global talent and succession planning processes and support the design of career frameworks and learning journeys.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in training, talent development, or HR program design, coupled with strong analytical skills for working with talent data and assessments. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in people development or talent management roles, is required, along with business-fluent English.
