Senior Training/Education Specialist

Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house systems training programs for Pricing and Contracting employees. Develops impactful learning solutions, facilitates training sessions, and measures adoption success. Maintains communication with internal stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of training.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant experience. Four years of experience leading the design and delivery of training for technology implementations or process changes. Strong instructional design skills and experience facilitating virtual instructor-led training.
