Analytics Scrum Master - Assistant Director - EY GDS

Deliver training and support to help team members follow AGILE practices. Develop and maintain workflow tracking reports to provide insights into planning effectiveness. Setup and manage daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and sprint ceremonies, proactively identifying blockers. Coach junior colleagues to develop their skills and capabilities.

Strong track record of managing complex projects. Expert level of expertise with AGILE workflow practices including scrum or kanban. Experience using project management software such as Azure Devops or JIRA. Strong leadership skills with the ability to have difficult conversations.
