The Finance Agent is responsible for analyzing business capital applications by reviewing basic information, revenue, and processing documentation while assessing associated risks. This role also involves conducting background checks, pulling credit reports, processing a minimum of 10 deals daily totaling $100k+, and handling the initial stages of collections on defaulting accounts.
Requirements
Candidates must possess 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a business-related field, and demonstrate the ability to multitask with strong communication and teamwork skills. A mandatory requirement is fluency in both English and Spanish, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
