Core Responsibilities

This role involves taking full ownership of the founder’s day-to-day operational life, including optimizing the calendar, managing communications, and ensuring proactive preparation for all executive needs. Key duties also include tracking projects, supporting operational visibility by pulling performance metrics, and planning/managing all international travel logistics end-to-end.

Requirements

Candidates must have 4–6+ years of experience supporting an executive or founder, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment, and must demonstrate the ability to operate independently with minimal direction. Essential traits include being highly proactive, execution-focused, detail-oriented, and possessing strong operational coordination skills, along with comfort using AI tools for productivity.
