The intern will provide technical and legal support in structuring issuances, drafting securities contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This involves working directly with the senior team to analyze investment instruments according to the Securities Market Law and SUNAVAL provisions.
Requirements
Candidates must be law students in the final semesters with an interest in Finance and possess the required university internship letter. A solid command of the Commercial Code (especially mercantile societies and securities) and the Venezuelan Civil Code (obligations and contracts) is mandatory.
