The intern will provide technical and legal support for structuring emissions, drafting securities contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance, working directly with the senior team on investment instrument analysis.
Requirements
Candidates must be a final-semester Law student with an interest in Finance and possess the required university internship letter. Strong knowledge of the Commercial Code (especially mercantile societies and securities) and the Venezuelan Civil Code (obligations and contracts) is mandatory.
