Key duties include supervising performance, fostering portfolio diversification, developing a personal client portfolio, assisting in high-impact closings, and organizing continuous training sessions.
Requirements
Candidates must have prior experience leading commercial teams specifically within the financial sector. Essential requirements include a strong 'Hunter' profile focused on results, deep knowledge of Capital Market instruments, residency in the interior of the country with travel availability, and CNV suitability.
