Core Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner for high-value clients to drive business outcomes, revenue expansion, and long-term retention. Lead a team of analysts to resolve client requests and conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure platform adoption.

Requirements

Requires at least 4 years of experience in Customer Success or Key Account Management with a proven track record of improving retention KPIs. Strong persuasive communication skills and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are highly valued.
