Coordinate and initiate modifications of master data for customers and employees related to sales, including data processing. Support the application of organizational adjustments for master data and administrative processes. Assist in reviewing and developing relevant sales policies and administrative processes. Test system implementation and changes by closely collaborating with the sales department and various internal departments.

Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools, including SAP and MS Excel. Experience in customer service, logistics, and sales support. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle and resolve multiple inquiries quickly while maintaining composure.
