Monitor and supervise daily loaded and empty transits to ensure compliance with service designs. Manage and propose solutions to railway concessionaires to meet operational and market needs. Develop and publish operational and service indicators to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. Intermediate English proficiency in verbal and written communication. Knowledge of quality systems, supply chain, and basic railway operations.
