Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and development processes for the Jumbo Valdivia store team. Manage labor relations, absenteeism, discipline, and employee well-being. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal procedures. Support store leaders in team management and foster a high-performance culture.

Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Engineering, Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in retail or mass consumption companies. Knowledge of labor relations, current legislation, and people management processes. Strong leadership and service-oriented profile.
