Jefe(a) de Terreno - Obras Civiles en Minería (Proyecto EPC)

Lead the planning, coordination, and control of construction and assembly activities, including controlled demolition, repair, and reconstruction of reinforced concrete structures. Manage subcontractors and supervisors while ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality standards, and safety protocols. Participate in the engineering phase by providing constructability insights and resource estimation.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. At least 15 years of experience in mining or industrial projects, ideally in EPC. Minimum of 8 years leading field works as Site Manager or Construction Manager. Proven experience in reinforced concrete civil works and structures in concentrator plants, preferably in brownfield repairs.
