Senior Analyst, GTM Execution Monitoring

Monitor pipeline health metrics including coverage, velocity, conversion rates, and stage progression across teams and market segments. Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, bottlenecks, and execution gaps, providing actionable recommendations to leadership. Define reporting requirements for pipeline health monitoring and partner with GTM Strategy and BIS teams to ensure accurate implementation and maintenance.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related analytical role within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including knowledge of data structures, pipeline management, and reporting logic. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational datasets and synthesize findings into actionable business insights.
