Prospect clients and manage the documentation needed to initiate credit granting processes. Inform prospects about the status of their credit applications and handle the collection of overdue invoices. Collaborate with the portfolio administrator to ensure proper documentation and follow up on credit approvals or rejections.
What We're Looking For
1 to 3 years of general sales experience. 1 year of customer service experience. Knowledge in accounting and customer portfolio management.
