Core Responsibilities

Prepare inventory for shipment, including organization, classification, packing, and supporting collection coordination. Create and manage shipments with external carriers, including tracking and updating documentation. Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and general maintenance. Ensure that shipping information, boxes, and inventory are updated correctly in internal systems.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a customer service agent, preferably with outstanding performance in quality and efficiency KPIs. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
