Core Responsibilities
Define product vision, metrics, and strategy based on customer problems and market trends. Lead a stream-aligned squad, prioritize the backlog, and act hands-on in the development and launch of high-value increments. Produce requirements and documentation collaboratively, leveraging AI to ensure alignment across teams. Take ownership of the product lifecycle, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience in software development, design, or technical roles in digital products. Strong fluency with AI and comfortable with APIs and technical documentation. Able to define product vision and translate strategy into an executable roadmap. Familiar with agile methodologies and experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies.
