Define and advance an AI-native quality engineering strategy that treats quality as a continuous discipline. Build frameworks, maturity models, and tooling standards across global offices. Lead the shift from manual to AI-augmented automated testing and set direction on tooling selection and automation architecture.
What We're Looking For
Deep experience leading globally distributed quality engineering organizations at scale. Proven track record of driving the shift from manual to automated testing. Fluency in modern automation tooling such as Playwright, Cypress, or Appium, and familiarity with AI-powered test tools.
