QA Analyst
Zone & CoCore Responsibilities
The role involves partnering with the Product Manager to define test strategies, create detailed test cases, and execute rigorous manual testing across the product lifecycle, focusing on the Billing product's functional and non-functional requirements. Key duties include conducting deep regression testing, identifying edge cases, troubleshooting complex issues, documenting results, and actively participating in agile ceremonies.
Requirements
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in QA, UAT, or Product Analyst roles, specifically testing Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, or Financial Services products, with high priority placed on direct, hands-on NetSuite ecosystem experience. A strong understanding of the order-to-cash cycle, enterprise billing best practices, and excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
