Receive and manage emergency calls from clients whose vehicles have been in accidents or have failures, ensuring immediate action. Establish contact with vehicle occupants to provide safety and initial guidance. Coordinate roadside assistance based on initial diagnostics, organizing necessary support for client mobility. Support clients reporting vehicle theft by activating tracking systems and providing real-time updates.

High school diploma required. Experience in customer service is necessary. Must be skilled in using digital tools. Candidates must reside in Joinville/SC and be available to work a 5x1 schedule.
