Subject Matter Expert

Provide subject matter expertise and escalation support to Implementation Project Managers (IPMs) for complex implementations and customer escalations. Manage and prioritize project and case queues to ensure timely resolution and compliance with SLA commitments. Monitor key performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project blockers and improve implementation effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation operations, or customer success. Strong understanding of project execution and escalation management. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
