Own the performance of the category by generating deep insights, detecting opportunities, analyzing the market and competitors, anticipating risks, and driving strategic decisions to boost the business. Co-create and lead the annual regional plan for the categories of Toys, Babies, Party & Entertainment, aligning goals with countries and orchestrating end-to-end execution. Develop and present business cases to drive profitable growth of the categories, supporting commercial teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience in Strategic Planning, Category Management, Project Management, or Consulting, focusing on commercial performance strategies and execution. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Big Query, Tableau, Excel, and other data analysis tools powered by AI. Advanced English and Spanish will be considered a plus.
