ACM Consultant (S), US Accommodations

Initiate and respond to inquiries about accommodation events and benefits. Serve as a point of contact for assigned employees to provide case management services, including reviewing medical documentation. Educate managers on employee concerns and communicate updates to employees and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field. Experience in human resources management and client/customer-service oriented roles. Fluent in English and familiarity with HR processes and systems.
