Travel to conduct technical visits at units, develop plans, monitor service execution, and prepare detailed technical reports. Oversee work as the responsible person for receiving projects, as well as assembling, validating, and monitoring the annual budget for maintenance and corporate installations. Ensure service providers meet delivery standards, service levels, schedules, and quality, while documenting and managing scope changes and instances of underperformance.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Automation Engineering. Experience in execution, control, and planning of maintenance and facility management, along with contract management and outsourced service provision. Knowledge in zero-based budgeting, operational and capital expenses, asset management, and failure analysis is required.
