Corporate Counsel Specialist II

Analyze offers, proposals, customer order acceptances, and contracts to ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies. Develop business policies for government sales and support bidding procedures by facilitating communication between clients and business sectors. Conduct risk analysis of ongoing bidding processes and advise on alternatives to resolve issues arising from these processes.

Extensive knowledge of government bidding processes in Brazil. Bilingual in Portuguese and English at an advanced level. Professional with an academic degree in law eligible to practice in Brazil and a minimum of 4 years of experience in comparable roles within the medical devices sector or multinational enterprises.
