Core Responsibilities

The analyst will partner with Marketing, People, and Finance teams to deliver trusted analytics clarifying performance, tracking workforce metrics like attrition, and evaluating marketing ROI. This role involves writing and maintaining SQL analyses in Snowflake and dbt to support reporting and investigating business performance drivers.

Requirements

Candidates need 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment, demonstrating the ability to independently handle moderately complex analytical problems. Strong proficiency in SQL, experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, and familiarity with analytics engineering tools such as dbt are required.
