Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS. Essential knowledge includes medium to advanced Office 365 skills, basic networking concepts, hardware/software configuration, data recovery, and computer formatting.
