Execute initiatives through I2M/IIM processes for the site. Provide critical inputs to the site BD leader and execute project activities on the site from Design reviews. Organize trials and communicate promotional activities within the I2M process. Coordinate with all plant departments for plant trials and key project activities.
What We're Looking For
Strong operational and manufacturing experience in the CPG industry. Knowledge of TPM, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools, and Safety & GMP standards. Proficiency in MS Office and experience in ERP systems. Excellent communication skills and project management skills.
