AI Enablement Specialist

Build the management system that grows people's AI skills and deliver learning at scale through role-based paths and hands-on workshops. Lead the AI champions network across teams and run short adoption pilots with individual teams. Own the tool strategy and manage the internal AI hub to streamline access and resolve issues. Own the documentation standard for AI and build the evaluation approach for AI output.

University degree in a related field. Hands-on experience building AI solutions and practical fluency across modern AI tools. Experience designing prompts and evaluating LLM-based systems. Proven ability to influence across business and technical stakeholders.
