Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the financial sector, with at least 2 years related to the construction segment. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Strong knowledge of the construction and real estate sector, credit analysis, and financial products.
