Commercial Insurance CSR / Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Document Management: Process and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs), manage vendor compliance documentation, and handle policy invoicing with same-day turnaround SLAs.
System & Data Hygiene: Maintain pristine, real-time records and documentation within the Agency Management System.
Proposal & Quoting Execution: Generate professional, client-facing commercial insurance proposals and utilize online rating platforms to quote multi-line policies.
Quality Control & AI Workflows: Audit automated and AI-assisted data workflows to ensure 100% accuracy across customer records and policy details.
Client & Internal Communication: Provide prompt, professional status updates to clients and collaborate internally to resolve account inquiries.

POSITION: Commercial Insurance CSR / Account Manager
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (CST)
Compensation: 1800 – 2000 USD/month (depending on experience)
