Sourcing & Payments SSr Analyst

Monitor and analyze payment area indicators, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities to support decision-making. Develop and implement continuous improvement projects and process automation to increase productivity and reduce manual activities. Manage the flow of receipt and follow-up of invoices, ensuring correct processing and compliance with payment deadlines. Identify error patterns and operational inconsistencies in financial platforms, proposing corrective and preventive actions.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Exact Sciences, Logistics, or related fields. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Tools, BigQuery, SQL, and SAP Financial; knowledge of N8N, Verdi Flow, NotebookLM, and Tableau will be considered a plus. Strong financial knowledge regarding processing and compliance with payment deadlines with suppliers. Stakeholder management skills necessary for conducting meetings with internal and external clients.
