Manage the reception, legal analysis, and timely response to information requests from national authorities such as CNBV, UIF, and SAT. Evaluate the legal scope of received requests and coordinate with internal areas to gather the required financial and operational information. Draft clear and well-founded institutional responses, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law (completed or in the process of completion). 2 to 3 years of experience in similar positions within banking, financial institutions, or specialized law firms. Knowledge of banking regulations and processes for responding to CNBV, UIF, and SAT requests.
What We Offer
1 day in the office and 4 days working from home, subject to business needs. Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with availability required.
